Today I have the October LE to share with you all.
Each month Celestial cosmetics releases a monthly limited edition polish. This month is based on Opal the birthstone for October.
This polish is in a clear base with a shimmer,and some colour changing flakies.
The polish can be worn by itself with 3 coats, but I preferred it over a black base.
