Sally Hansen New Miracle Gel Swatches

*Press Sample.

Hi there everyone!
Today I have 3 new Sally Hansen Miracle Gels to share with you.
Sally Hansen released last year Miracle gel polish. It is a 2 step process where you use a coloured  miracle gel polish and a second specialised top coat which is similar to gel polish except you do not need a lamp to cure it, the regular sun will do this for you. I liked the idea of this concept but there are not a lot of colours released here in Australia. Sally Hansen did release 5 new colours last month. I have Spice Age, Game of Chromes and Hunger Flames.

All of these colours I only needed 2 coats with the specialised top coat.
The other amazing thing with this range is the brush. The polish has a super wide brush and it makes coverage a dream! I only needed one stroke with the brush to cover my pinkie it was so wide!!!
I did a wear test with spice age and managed 7 days total before having to remove it due to chipping. The packet does say up to 14 days, but I have 2 kids and a bunch of housework to do. Even regular gel polish does not last 14 days on my nails!!!

So lets check them out.......

Spice Age- Is a brown shimmer polish with a dark base. In some lights the polish looks more amber than brown, but the name says is all. It reminds me of cinnamon.  I love this colour and the coverage was great. As autumn is here this colour will be a staple I think in my collection.

Game of Chromes-  Is an amazing gold polish with full coverage in 2 coats. I found the first coat a little streaky but it was find on the second. I did get little brush strokes but I don't mind. This colour is very similar to the Xtreme wears Golden-I and their new complete care salon manicure 24K Dipped. tho they are not dupes.

Hunger Flames- Is a fuchsia shimmer polish with a slight metallic sheen. Again only 2 coats. This was my least favourite of the 3 as although I used 2 coats I could have done with 3 thin coats rather than the 2 thicker ones. I found by layering only 2 thicker coats the polish pulled a little. So I would recommend taking the time to do 3 thin ones.
Apart form that the colour is pretty, and again great for autumn.

There are 5 new shades in the collection and you can purchase them all including the 3 I have shared here from Priceline for $16.95 each but this week (17th April 2015) they have $3.00 off all Sally Hansen products. You should also be able to pick these up a soul Patterson chemists and major store chains like big W Kmart and target.

Until next time........
