Tri Polish Tuesday- 20th May

Hi there everyone! Today is Tri Polish Tuesday and this months colours are Purple Red and green. I missed last week. So much going on with sick kids and my hubby running a 100km ultra marathon for charity, I totally did not get a chance to blog for a whole week!

Todays mani is using Color Club and Zoya. I used Color Club pucci-licious and twiggie and Zoya Rekha. I also use a Ulta3 black satin striper.

Tri Polish Tuesday- 6th May

Hi there everyone! today is a new colour group for tri polish Tuesdays. we have the combo of purple, red and green, and what better way to start it off than with some Lynnderellas!!!!!

I used for this mani Sally hansen salon gel red my lips, then topped it off with a mix of Lynnderella love potion 99.9 and emerald hope.

The combo did not turn out too bad!!!

Tri polish Tuesday- 22nd April

Hi there everyone! Today is another Tri polish Tuesday. And this week we have a couple of Fuse gels, sonic blue-m and na no way with a topper of Lynnderella golden rules!

I loved how this turned out on the nail. I was not 100% at first but the combo seemed to work!

Tri polish Tuesdays- gelicious strawberry gelato gel polish

Hello everyone! Todays another Tri polish tuesday and I thought i'd go the gel option with this mani!

I used the beautiful Gelicious Strawberry gelato. This is a 30 sec LED gel polish which is a super bright hot neon pink. and it is also UV reactive...which means it GLOWS!!!!! in UV or blacklight, so an added bonus!

I found I needed 3 coats for full opacity,I did not use a base coat but I did use a gelicious top coat.

 Ok so Tri polish tuesday... I cheated a little and decided to use nail studs for the yellow and blue. I popped another coat of Gelicious top coat on my nails then added the studs. then cured, this stuck the studs fast so they did not fall off.

And how cool is that not only the Gel polish glows but the nail studs do too!!!!!!

Tri polish Tuesdays- 1st April

Hi there everyone! another tri polish Tuesday is upon us and a new colour challenge. Pink ,yellow and blue! So I decided to start the month off with a neon mani! I used Gelicious french white gel base-2 coats and then hand painted on the stripes with China glaze yellow polka dot bikini, pool party and hanging in the balance. then a Top coat of Seche vite.

My hand painting of the lines was not perfect by a long shot, but im using my non swatching hand ATM as my swatching hand got slammed in the car door last week breaking off all my nails to the nubs :( The things we do to make sure out kids do not get hurt!!!

So you will see my left hand a lot more this month!!!

Tri Polish Tuesday - 25th march

Hi there everyone!

Time for another Tri polish Tuesday. Today I have a gradient of sorts using 3 Lynnderellas. I first saw Lynns used like this over at More Nail Polish when Cathy was making a Iphone case. Si I thought i'd give it a go too.

I used Lynnderella deep blue seeing, Mindful heart LE and love potion 99.9. 

It was super thick and I needed 3  layers of top coat too :/ but I still liked the finished result, tho next time I might put a gel top coat on instead.

Tri polish Tuesday (on friday) 4th March Green Blue and Purple.

Hi there everyone!

Ok so today as I wrote in the other post, I'm running late with all my posts this week..... so here is Tri polish Tuesday on Friday :)

This month we are using Green, Blue and Purple.

So for my first mani I decided to use some new Zoyas I brought the other week. Actually, they are not new releases just new to me :)

I used Zoya Phobie, Veruschka and Savita. All 3 of these polishes are matte finish but I popped a clear top coat over my Mani to seal it. I also used some gold striping tape as well.

I love the combo of these 3 colours!!!

Tri polish tuesdays - 25th feb.

Hi there everyone!

Another tri polish tuesday! and another brown,grey and pink mani. This time I decided to try a gradient with texture polishes. so I grabbed zoya london, zoya godiva and zoya joy. and because zoya joy is not a texture polish i grabbed my bottle of Dance Legend sahara top coat to give the texture effect.

The finished result did not look too bad!!!! and the sahara top coat gave the pink polish that textured effect!

Tri polish tuesdays- 18th feb

Hello there everyone!

Its tri polish tuesday time again and I have a glittery one today!

I used Color Club silver lake as a base then grabbed some large pink glitter and as i had no loose brown glitter, I grabbed my bottle of Lynnderella chocolotta love and picked out the large brown glitter to use in the mani. a liberal top coat and I was done!!!

Tri polish tuesday (actually weds...im late)

Hi there everyone!

Today with Tri polish tuesday I have a  cute mani I did with stamping. I used Zoya izzy, zoya marina and ulta3 chocolate cake, then used stamping plate Mash 62 for the jigsaw.

I is a simple but effective mani. the stamping i did backward stamping where I picked up the image off the plate then let it dry on the stamping tool, coloured it in with different polish, then popped a clear top coat on. waited it to dry then peeled it off and placed on my nail to get almost a water decal effect.

Tri Polish Tuesday- 4th Feb- brown,pink and grey.

Hi there Everyone,

Today is the first week in feb and the new colour trio. Brown, Grey and Pink.

I thought I would start off simple and do a gradient but with holographic polishes. I grabbed Dance Legend robots vs humans, Color Club miss bliss, and China Glaze cosmic dust. then sponged on a gradient.

The trio of colours looks great I thought! and clean up was not too bad.

Tri Polish Tuesdays- 28st Jan

Hi there everyone!!!!!

Week 4 of the Tri Polish Challenge. And this week I went with ...... flames!

I was a little lazy.... It was late and I soooooo needed to get this done,so I painted my nails black with Ulta3 Black satin, then stamped with Ulta3 white lily some flames using MASH plate number 48 then sponged the 3 coloured polishes over the white to create the flame look. I used Essence wanna be your sunshine, better late than never and flashy pumpkin.

It did not turn out too bad! plus I got to use all 3 of the colours for the try polish challenge!

Tri polish tuesday - 21st Jan

So as you might of guessed from yesterday post this week is Australia day week, and a bunch of us Aussie bloggers are doing nails to share our love for Australia. I really wanted to make sure I did all my challenges this week even tho we are doing Aussie manis. so today for Tri polish Tuesday, i have used red and yellow of the 3 colours to create my mani today.

A huge Aussie staple is Vegemite!!! When i lived in the UK for 6 years i had to get my mum to send me tubes of it to me regularly as i love it on toast, plus it is great to pop into gravy etc. Marmite is just not the same :(

When I was a kid they played a jingle for Vegemite on the TV, i still sing it today sometimes when I get the Vegemite out! It funny how you remember these things!

I decided to use Ulta3 Honolulu and chocolate cake to create the mani, and then I printed in white decal paper the little red Vegemite symbols.

I think the mani turned out quite well!!!!
