Celestial Cosmetics Bollywood Collection Swatches.

Press Sample.

Hi there everyone!!!! today I have the new collection from Celestial Cosmetics.

Ill be honest Bollywood is not something I am very familiar with. The only bollywood thing I have really seen was in an episode of A Idiot Abroad 3 when Karl Pilkington was in a Bollywood movie that was being made. this is the trailer for the movie he was in.

So as you can see my knowledge is very limited. Saying that you cannot go past the brightly coloured costumes and the almost musical theme Bollywood movies. they always seem to be brightly coloured and this polish collection representing them is no exception.

Lets check them out!!!

Aluva- Is a what I can only describe as a cornflower plurple. its not quite purple but at the same time not quite blue. I think the silver sparks in the polish make all the difference with this polish. In the sun its a scattered holo but in the shade it has a silver tone to it. I love polishes that look totally different in the sun to shade. I used 2 coats for this polish.

Mumbai Music- So this polish is my favourite from the collection. I love blue and this does not disappoint. Just 2 coats. The polish is not quite a linear holo but it really does try in the sun! I look at this and if anyone out there ever missed out on Santas Blue Balls from a few christmasses ago this would be fairly close tho not a linear like SBB.

Dilbara- Is a teal crelly jam packed full of silver flakies. I love teal polishes. and I love the flakies in the polish, tho crellies and I don't have the best or relationships. I used 2 coats but I think I may have needed 3 thin coats rather than the 2 thicker ones I used. This polish I loved in the shade as you could see all the little flakies in it.

Mughal Emperor- Is a light green holographic polish. There was a slight pinky red shift in this polish but almost impossible to capture on camera. In the sun you can just see it in my pics. This polish would be great for xmas as well as most occasions due to its uniqueness. I used 2 coats.

Dilwara- Is a Gold polish with a slight linear holographic appearance and red micro glitter.I really liked the gold colour with the holo, but was not 100% fan of the micro glitter. tho still pretty I think the micro glitter affects the holo a little so it is not as linear as it would like to be. This would be another great xmas colour I think as it reminded me of xmas crackers!!!

Dard-e-Disco- Is what I would describe a bright orange polish which has a gold shimmer to it. I love this colour combo with the almost red orange and gold. I will be wearing this a few times I think!!! I only used 2 coats
